PyrroloQuinoline Quinone (PQQ), is an Organic Molecule often found in fruits and vegetables. Plants absorb it through their roots and as such it is naturally present in many different foods from green peppers to kiwis. PQQ is a Cofactor. A Cofactor is required by certain specific enzymes to function.

Suggested use

 As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule daily with 8-12 oz of water or as directed by your healthcare professional.
