Quercetin is a natural pigment found in colorful fruits and vegetables. Think red apples, grapes, berries, peppers, broccoli, sweet potatoes, and onions.

It’s a powerful antioxidant and belongs to a group of polyphenol compounds known as bioflavonoids or flavonoids. Often referred to as the “master flavonoid”, it protects the body from free radical damage and supports overall good health and longevity. 

Consuming potent antioxidants like quercetin lowers the risk of heart complications. 

Suggested use

As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules daily with 8-12 oz of water or as directed by your healthcare professional.
